The Chines Communist Party (CCP) ccmx -ttee for Chluauchou (118-34., 24--54)
recently held a campaign to encourage CC? and Youth Corpx members to join the
Overseas Chinese Service Corps in Support of Vietminh Liberation. T'his Corps
has been in existence for about six months 4 Once beforE.:t about 50 persons
were socr.^etly sent to Indochina in the name of this Ccrpis but the organization
has been dormant until the current campa..i.en. The present objective of the
Corps is to recruit about 70 youths., give them short term training, and send
them to Indochina before November 1951.
