Several thousand former German prisoners-of-war have reportedly been engaged by Yugoslavia for work on fortifications facing Rumania, Albania and Bulgaria. These men are alle[;ed to be experts in construction work and some were formerly with the Todt Organization, 20 Modern deep bomb shelters which allegedly will house the entire Yugoslav General Staff and insure communications have been built by German prison- ers in the former Royal Palace at Djedina.
