only result in a further increase of work quotas. The plant management forced
attendance at the aUcting by shutting off the po;-rer supply. The plaint workers
were informed that wages would be reduced to the pay rate vhich had existed
prior to the introduction of piece wages (Leistun slohn) though the increased
