On 1 August 1951, the North Korean Array was ordering from tailors and
confiscating from the residents of. the Kaesong area 3,000 suits of
civilian clothing to be used as a disguise by military personne36 who
are to be sent into South Korea on a mission of political agitation.
The Army plans to send the agents across the mjin River in small boats
under the cover of darkness.
