1. The following units of the 24th Air Army were observed flying on 4 August 1951:
Two fighter regiments at Alt Lt3nnewitz,
One fighter regiment each at K6then, Brandenburg Driest, Grossenhain,
Drandis, Finow, Neuruppin, and Neubrandenburg.
Fighter and ground-attack units training together at Dessau.
Three ground attack regiments.
One reconnaissance regiment at Stendai.
Two bomber regiments of the southern bomber division.
2. On 5 August only one plane, belonging to a fighter regiment at KBthen, was
observed.
3. The following units were observed flying on 6 August:
One fighter regiment each at Alt LBnnewitz, Parchim, and Brandenburg-l3riest.
Two fighter regiments at Ktthen.
Three ground-attack regiments.
One reconnaissance regiment at Stendal.
One bomber regiment, belonging to the southern bomber division.
