Fifty tons of this amount must be received not later than 30 June 1951;
otherwii;e, the Hettstcdt plant will not be able to meet its production
quota for the third quarter of 1951,"

Approximately Ito tons of the nickel wire scrap which is not capable of
being reprocessed for the production of the type of wire described above
may be used for the production of the commodities described in Attachment 2.
