.1., The North Korean I, VI, and III Corps on the west central front are
green unproven corps viio need much more training,
2, In a secret meeting attended by North Korean GEC officers, Political
Commander KIM. 11 officially admitted that the North Korean troops are
in poor condition for a war alone against UN farces? During the last
spring offensive, the North Korean I Corps vas beaten to such an extent
by the ILK I Division that the North Korean government began to view
the war with a new outlook, The North Korean Vii, VIII and IX Corps
on the east central front, and the Ya XI I and XV7 Corps -L the eastern
front are composed of untried green troops,

the present North Korean troops need approximatol.y ?3 months? training
before they can be effective. The North Korean IV Corpse having received
approximately 6 months., training in Manchuria, will rotate with the green

reached,
