According to an order issued by the Berlin regional railroad headgvai? ere and
seen at the Frankfurt/Oder railroad station on 1 May 1951 , trains of 50 cars
each,, loaded with standard gauge axles,, will be dispatched to Gerdauen,
Berestowpiza (sic) y (1) Brest-Litovsk and Jagodin, (2) It is planned to
dispatch such trains every 36 to h hours from Frankfurt/Oderp and every five
days from Kuestrin and Guben, (3) These trains, which will not be included
in the existing transit agreement,,, must be provided with specially marked
papers and special authorizations to draw three tons of coal in Po1ando (4)

(2) ornament: The order concerns the whipping of standard gauge axles to
Russian border crossing points where they will be moustecr on Ge n r4ilroad
.cars returned by the Russians to the Russian Zone of Germany. The standard-
gauge axles.have been collected for some time at the Berlin-Lichtenbe g rail-
road station. To date it was only known that the axles would have to be sent
to Brest-Litovsk and Gerdauen. `-'.
(3) Go rent: This would add up to about six trains every week. 'The
