1, The Zerbst (!,7. 52/D 93) airfield was observed from its soz.thern edge
on 14 :arch 1951. Ught were counted in front of the
northern hangars. About 12 to 13 ::10-15a were parked in one line on
the northern edge of the field.*

The jet fighters :lade local flights between 4:10 and 5:15 p.m? The
visibility was clear and there was a southwest wind. Take-offs were
rade on therurraay from east to west The planes did not retract landing
soar while in the air. Two radio trucks were parked at the take-off point
south of the runway. The radio installation east of the road leading to
Straguth (: 53A, 03) was no longer there. ** (lay the mast with the red
light at its top was still there. The power line from Strauth and the
telephone line to the :erst-?iosenburg (:7 53P. 20) road was still there.
