China office of the United Front Department of the Chinese Cc im unist Party
and later head of the executive office of the International United Front
Committee, has been ordered to proceed to Iran via Moscow. He vras to leave
on 15 March.

Bureau in Octover 194 and as secretary-general of the Rork; Kong and
Kowloon District Co nrr-ittee of the South China Bureau in December 1949.
His name appears frequently in Chinese Communist documents found in
