1. The =:acao information station of the office of the chief of staff of the
Chinese Communist 3 Field Army Ieadquarters is headed by GHANG Lang (1&
who arrived in .}cacao in December 1950. Iris deputy, CF EN Chao-hsien
(3), arrived in i:acao in :dovember 1950 to open the station. in
addition to these two, the staff of the station includes five office
personnel and two cor,1.unications personnel. Offices are maintained in the
Ching Ilu Ilospitel and at 50-E Se1i.t'ou. with temporary liaison centers in
the Chung Jung Bang ~jj ), 3-ti Lai Mien Chieh, Sa lit ? ou, and the
Tung Yun Shipping Company, Ch'i Kuan Terminal buil.cing, hal Hen Lain
Chieh. Direct communications are maintained with 3 Field Army offices ix
Shanghai and Canton.

a. The military plans of the Unite:i States to assist CHIMG Kai-shek and
LI Tsung_ jon to at ?at ck the mainland, a nca the measures taken to implement
these plans.*
b, The presexrt strength of tine ground, naval and air furce3 or. Taiwan, and
its military aefer_se works.
c. The military plans of the United States to aid Vietnam!,, and the practical
measures to implement these plans, toether with information on the
:Trench--Vie tnarnese military plans and their actual strexxk th,
d. The aauti-Communist activities of American and ttuomintang secret agents
in Hong Kong, Kowloon and. Iy:acao, especially with reference to military
activities.
3. The activities of the station are to have the following financial support:
