10 December: There was a backlog of 53 trains with a total of
2,315 cars, including six trains bound for !tue, the center of
the uranium ore mining district; 22 to be dispatched to Poland
and the U.S.S.R.; 20 for Baltic :lea _,)orts and 10 tound for desti-
nations ;within the zone.
15 December: There was a backlog of 48 trains with a total of
2,063 cars. Of these trains five vere bound for :.uo; 18 for ?oland
and the UO 0SoR0; ei,ht for Baltic 6ca -,orts and .von for dosti-
nations within the zone. **

Content;. The total stock of coal available in the zone would be
adequate I-or 7 days. Compare with the status of 18 October l9>0 when

has decreased considerably due to the li%hor rate of conswotion Curing
the winter. For the same reason it

firing locomotives,
