1. The Chi-nose Ca riunist leaders arc fully agreed on the military pact concluded
betrrecn them and the Soviets in "harsh 1950. There is no split on this Issue.
The party intends to coMlete the occupation of Korea, oven at the risk of a
world war. The Party also plans an invasion of Taiwan in "arch or April. 1951.
2. From 31 December to 2 January representatives of all government organs,,
schools, factories, and unions in Canton participated. in rnti.-American and
aid-Korea parades, carrying placards rith slo; ans saying., "Liberate All
Korea. Libera'e Taiwan. Liberate 11w Kong and Macao."
3. Dy 1 January t ro-thirds of the staffs of rill military and civil offices
still in Canton had moved to suburban areas ton nilt, outside of the city,
