New travel restrictions for individuals entering Zone B are not as strict
as indicated by the local press.
2. The restrictions were applied because of the increased smuggling of black
market dinars from Trieste to Zone B. Women are principal offenders,,
although one man was discovered carrying 27,000 dinars.
