As a result of Increased border crossings and the desertion, in June 1950,

ceased in the bravo ad, Maribor, and Sloven Gradec sector. All points

The establishment of a security zone some 15 kilometers deep and. the
additional security precautions have been explained to the native
tion as consisting of movements in the nature of "maneuvers."
In addition to Yugoslav Army and KNOJ units local Militia units are

Bravograd_aistar -Sloven Gradec-Celje lines. All other means of trans-
portation are also carefully checked and the passengers subjected to a
thorough search of their persons and their possessions.
