On 18 October 1950 Yugoslav customs guards were stationed at the port of lopar and at Skoflje (Albaro Vescova), the main transit point on the Zone B side of the Zone B - Zone A border. However, there is no indication that the above civilian customs guards are replacing military personnel as was the case a few days ago in the changes made along the Yugoslav -Zone B border.
