On 3 October the Peiping Piunicipal Committee of the Chinese C st Pa/ received a document from the central authorities of the Party analyzing the Korean situation, Tho docu ont stated that when the Forth Koreans withdraw from Seoul the Korean war entered a now stag ; but that during the initial stage of the campaign the North Korean Arm had annihilated 709000 American and South Korean trots and had liberated 95 percent of Korea.
