l. Diogenes do la Rosa, prominent Panamanian Communist, returned to Panama
from Salvador by air on the morning of 19 Scpter, ber 19-50. He had in-
tended going to Guatemla after completing his mission in i Salvador,
but the "press of business" in Panama, according tc de la Rosa, necessi-
tated his iinmediate return to that country,
