1. The bakery is located at 45 Caloa Plevnei in Bucharest.
Colonel Constantin Cristea, or Iiristea, is CO. The labor battalion assigned
to the bakery had 15 officers, 30 to 40 NCOs, 30 to 40 foremen and 420 W.
,York was done in three shifts. Sixty to eighty, thousand loaves of bread,
of the total 110,000 loaves baked daily, were sent to Bucharest to supply
the troops of the army and the ',:inistry of the Interior stationed there.
Military Prison in Timisoara (R 16/T 91)
2. The prison was on the northern outskirts of the town. It had 150 cells.
There were 480 prisoners in '%ovember 1948 and about 1,200 in August 1949,
An unidentified major, rho had been with the ,With "tz Inf Regt of the lioria,

Comment. The quantities quoted seem to be extremely high, since the
num er o Ttroops located in Bucharest is considerably below 60,000. See
