1.. There seemed to be fewer planes than previously at the Zerbet
(Th 52/D 98) airfield. be hangars were closed. some trucks
were used in the evacuation of air force officers' billets
in herbst. (1) Aircraft crates or radar sets were not ob-
served at the field 0 (2) The A(", gun emplacement west of the
field was reinforced by an additional four guns of about
50 to 70 . caliber. The eight guns were located in shallow
emplacements ... (3)
2. 'There have been a few flights since 2 July 1950. There were
seven night takeoffs by jet "Lighters between 11:30 p.m. and
12:46 a.m. the night of 10 July 1950. (4) Very few personnel
wore seen at the field.
