1. T:renty-four Pep's an seven t-yin-engine Slow--wing monoplanes
with single rudder asseriiblies ,-core counted at the iener-
:oustadt (0 4"/X 35) airfield on 15 June 11"50. Three
fighters continually took off and 1-iind.edp 47ifteen more
fighters wore estimated to be st: tioncd at the field and
the presence ou even more is believed possible, * The total
occupation was considerably lower than that previously
observed. The three fighters v)ore of two types. One type
appeared stubby, had a radial engine and slightly an;ulnr
wings, mix The other type was slim, had an in-line engine,
and .,.ins wit;, rounded tips, straight lea ling ed'es and
tapering traillnf- edges.
2. Three fighters of the in-line engine type were being re-
paired in the Theresie-,.feld repair shop. One Pe-2 was
standing in a hangar..
