On 1.3 July 1950, 15 NKPA fighters at unknown type were destroyed by a United
Nations air raid on Kiazpo Airfield near Seoul.
There are anti-aircraft guns in the Namsan mountain area south of Seoul and in
the Hyochang area, and situated on the capitol building and the Banto Hotel at
Seoul,,

1. Approximately 2,000 North Korean troops are in Seoul,
2- A lieutenant of the North Korean People's Arne' (NKPA) reported that 300 tanks
crossed the 38th Parallel in the first 5 days after the invasion. The NKPA
bad 380 tanks on 9 July.
3. South Korean males between the ages of 17 and 35, recruited by the NKPL, mak*
up the "Volunteer Army of Korea." They are being used in the front lines as
service personnel,
