The unit of two-seat ground attack L-lanes ,previously reported was still stationed at the Stendal-Borstel ( Ii 53/Y 75) airfield. A machine gun projecting beyond the trailing edge of the eoekkit was seen on seven ,lanes. There was individual flying in good weather. A twin-engine plane towing a sleeve target circled over Stendal on 8 June 19500 25X1 B 2. went toward the field, Excavation work was being done in an area about 40 x 60 meters in the southern section of the field.. A tower,, about 12 meters high, was erected beside the piles of earth. ** 25X1A* Comment. Report confirms the occuration of the field by a ground attack regiment..
