to In late July 1950 approximately fifty soldiers passed daily through Franfuurt/
Oder going on leave to the USSR and returning to Germany from leave,
2. On 6 August 1950 a troop train with twelve guns and their crews left Erfurt
in the direction of Weimar. Vehicle I observed with the shipment are 25X1 B
assigned to the Twentieth Guards IIeohanized Division. On board the train
my have been elements of this division returning from the Ohrdruf maneuver
grounds to their permanent posts.
3. On 9 August an empty train of fifteen four-axle heavy-duty flatcars was
assembled in Fret/Odes and dispatched to the east. On the same date
a shipment of eight 76-mm anti-aircraft guns was dispatched from Frankfurt/Oder

4. On 10 August a troop train loaded with twelve armored vehicles and their crews
passed through Ludwigalust in the direction of Schwerin. Vehicle
observed with the shipment are assigned to the 94th Guards Votorized Rifle Division.

5. It is believed that on 13. August the Templin maneuver area was still occupied
by the Sixth Guards Mechanized Division,, the 25th Tank Divisions and GHQ
