On 4 June 1950, a meeting of 30 delegates representing 18 composers, printers, and related unions of Djakarta, was held in the Sekola Rakjat, Salemba 33, Djakarta. At the meeting it was agreed to form afedsrstion of the unions to be known as the 6arekat Buruh Pert jetakan dawn Penerbitan Indonesia (SERBUPPIN) (Federation of Printing and Publishing Press Workers Unions of Indonesia)'o headquarters of the federation will be at Jalan 1adj?a 3, Djakarta. Officers of the federation are: Chairman Suhardo A Javanese Communist who is a subordinate of Su- pranotoe in the Sentral Organisasie Buruh Seluruh Indonesia (SOBSI) Deputy Chairman Sumardhi. General Secretary Munadi 4.
