Neus tadt/Orla ( 51./3 84), formerly the Oskar
.ilhauer, -Zr, ".7eaving Plant in Neustadt/Orla,
was established about 1926 by Oskar Eilhauer A Sr.,
who died in the fall of 1949, One of his sons is
interned by the Soviets, the other one lives in
the west., After the Soviet occupation this plant
was permitted to resume production. Only few
machines were dismantled,.

as foreman in the plant until 191.5. (1)
3. Labor force:
",ork in the plant is done in three eight-hour shifts
(including on Sundays and holidays) with 130 employees.
Some of the employees are only auxiliary workmen.
