The Chinese Cormrnnists are supplying am-?unition and. medical sullies to
Ho Chi t-tinh in -50-ton shipments carried by junks from Peihai to Vinh,
Indochina. The amr~nmition is collected from villages in Kwangtung at
no cost. A 500 percent profit is made on the medical su.rnlies. The junks
bring back tin ingots.
Comment. The difference between this report anti the arms shipments
covered is slight; however, Peihai
has not been mentioned as mace of origin nor has the profit on medical supnliPs
been given. Also, the only mode of transportation given has been motor vessels
with a carrying canacity of 300 tons.
