The machinery was transferred to the Ural district. 1 he plant was repaired in 1945; its machinery was 60 percent German and 25 percent US origin. Its recon- struction and expansion started in 1945? In 1948, the plant was modernly equipped and seemed to be in good shape. 19. `irk force : Five to seven hundred Soviets in the day shift. tivork done in three shifts. 20. Production: According to Soviet statements, accessories for an aircraft plant in KI BV. Source believed that aircraft equipment was produced. 21. The data on the production of radio sets, electrical equipment for a3.r af+ ii: addition to the sbipp'ing of plywood plates frcm this plant (para. 21) is not clear. In another report it was stated that Plant No 1, according to 6oviet statements, was a delivery plant for wings and landing gears for Airframe Plant 14o 473 in K:i.EV.
