1.. During a regional congress of the nationalist Party of Chile, held in Santia';o
on 3 and 4 December 1949, it was dooidod to found a now Nationalist newspaper
which will probably be called Aocion I'1ac packets. Forty per coat of the
funds for the paper are to be supplied by the Rationalist Committee ttae of the
