1. The electri;ied .n. Railway Line ran from KOSTINO, Moscow Oblast,
(37?47'x./55 54'N) `F- in an easterly direction via the station of
BOLSHEVO. At the fifth or sixth stop after BOLSREVO the main
road crossed the railroad line, turning to the southeast, and a
second toad continued north of the railroad line leading into
a wtsods where there was an airfield occupied by jet fighters.
A guarded turnpike blocked the road where it entered the woods.
2. Only jet aircraft, mostly flyint; in :croups of three, were ob-
served there all day long in rood weather. The Ili?hts lasted
about 15 minutes?

The jet planes (see Annex) had. an air intake in the nose and
a lar:;er exhaust outlet at the rear. There was a crescent-shaped
structure under the fuwciage wrt_ ,h looked like a radiator?lt was faired
into the fuselap,e.
