The following trains with ?Ioviet materiel were observed in
the KUESTRIN (0 53/V 66) area between 28 May and 11 June
1949 :
as .28 Ptta1r 1949: A train of 40 cars with 36 trucks and
lumber goinC awprds Poland. All trucks

b, 2 June 1949: A train of 30 boxcars occupied by soldiers
and 94 ca *?-s oaded with trucks with mounted rocket launchersproceeding towards BERLIN. On arrival in WERBIG (0 53/V56),'
the train was diverted to EBERSVAL)E (N 53/V 08),
co 11 June 1949:
(1) A freight train with 50 trucks proceeding to EBERZ-
VtALI E at about 2:30 a.m.
(2) A freight train with about a hundred guns with short,
thick barrels and two trucks, coming from ;ANKFURT/Oder
passing through ' ERBIG at about 3:15 a.m., going towards
VQRIEZE (N 537V 37).
(3) An east-bound freight train of 38 cars with am-a.unition,
