The following report is a copy of the translation of an undated document
which treats the subject of cadre training in business administration and
foreign trade. It was probably written by LI Chli..line, and may be notes
for discussion at a Chinese Communist meeting, rather than the program of
an actual course of study.

investigation chart must be prepared. A thorou i understanding of
the envirornent is necessary. At the same time, a conarete question
must be put forth asa special subject, such as ",how to operate an
import and export firm efficiently."
