garding the sale of 800 metric tons of cellulose and approximately 11,000
metric tons of steel, currently offered by Soviets (unidentified) in Vienna
through Karl Hirsch, an export-import firm located on Blisabethstrasse 8
in Vienna0
2, Frick also offered five grams of radium at a tentative price of from
460,000 to, 470,000 Swiss franca per green., The seller was identified as
"from the last" and closely associated with the Vienna Soviets, If a sale
was made delivery of the radium was to be by plane to Belgium or Switzer-
land only.
