Pridi is at Sattahip, having returned via naval craft from southern Malaya. 25X1X6 Vice Admiral Luang Sindhu Kamonnawin, Siamese Navy Commander..in.Chief, is taking personal responsibility for Pridi and has refused three demands from Phibul that Pridi be surrendered. Phibul has offered Sindhu anything he might name in return for Pridi, plus assurance of a fair trial for the latter, Sindhu has remained adamant and has stated that Pridi cannot be surrendered because he is seriously Ill.* 2.
