Activities of APRA Ekiles in Chile
The Chilean government recently warned both the Peruvian
rf:d Boll-rian exiles in Arica that they should engage in no ac ivities of a
onsptra;orial nature aimed at either the Peruvian or Bolivian governments
It is no; thought that this warning to the Peruvian refugees w?s intended to
be taken too seriously. Chile would not be displeased should tore be any
internal disturbances in Peru arising from clever and successful activities
by these political refugees,; However, the government does not w:sh to
give the "eruvian government an opportunity to accuse Chile of ai'?ng political
exiles to stir up trouble in that country
