1, Cuban labor circles believe that the finister of Labor, Edgardo Buttari,
has prepared a decree which mould permit the hiring of replacements for.
bus drivers in the Omnibus kUados labor dispute who refuse to work without
a 30 per cent increase in salary..
.2 In the event that such a decree is issued and strike breakers are hired`
the Confederacion de Trabajadores de Cuba (CTC) wil.1 undoubtedly support
the bus syndicate and a transportation strike is likely.*
