Bishop Teodoro, a special representative of the Communist controlled Russian Patriarch Alexis, arrived in Buenos Aires several months ago with the object of wresting control of the local Russian Orthodox Church from flags Izrastzoff, who is anti-Comm mint. 2. Bishop Teodoro was unsuccessful in gaining the support of Russian Orthodox church members in Buenos tires, lie also failed in trying to bring the Serbian Orthodox Church in line with the "new" Russian religion, 3.
