TJIING Kun Tjung, proprietor of the restaurant Populair, is a delegate of the' Kung Chan Tang (Chinese Communist Party) in Java. He was sent to Indonesia in December 1941 by order of MAO Tse-tung and CHOU En-lai. 2. INJO Beng Liong, a brother of INJO Bang Goat, ar4 formerly a physician in Purwokerto, is also associated with MAO Tse-tung. Dr.. WA Tan Sias a Chinese Communist who died in 19148, ordered INJO Bang Liong to China in 1946 to receive post-war instructions. The Sin Icing Hui emerged as a result of this action. 3. Olga Toecsseni ina, of the Ccrainform (sic),; who came to Indonesia in 1946, and who lectured to the cadres of the Sin Ming Hui and members of the ran An Tsing Nien Than, gave further orders to Dr. KWAO In late 1917, TJUNG Kun Tjpng received more recent orders from Oebrgi Afrin, TA$3 representative who was then in Batavia.. These orders included the following. (a) The Chinese Communist movement must be disguised during the transition period. (b) Indonesian Communist uprisings must be supported at every opportunity, (c) Anti-CHIANG Kai-shek and anti-American propaganda must be circulated. (d) The Chinese community in Indonesia must be demoralised during the severest part of the Soviet Russian "cold warn. -(e) The necessity for co-operation with Indonesians, Dutch progressives, and others, who oppose Dutch, British, American" and Chinese exploitation. (f)The necessity for the maintenance of close but careful co-operation with the Min Chu Tung Men, and other pro-Communist and pro-Russian organizations. In early February 19149, the Ta Taung Song Huo Sze (Ta Tsung Sae) of Surabaya bribed the Dutch birth registrar there to Issue false birth certificates to Chinese Communists *o infiltrate from Malaya to Surabaya. The registrar sac arrested and ailed, The Chinese Communist leaders, who number over one hundred, are still free. 6.
