1., The following printing establishments and outlets utilized for propaganda 25X1 X6
purposes by the Pprtido Socialists Popular (PSP-Cuban Communist Party)
are located at Celle Hereaderea #lb2, a two story building in the old city 25X1X6
of-Habana. The building, which is newly painted, has a large red sign
reading Arrow Press Inc. Other signs painted on the wall in red indicate
that the establishment is open for a general printing business, The second
floor of the building is utilized for editorial offices by Carlos Rafael
Rodriguez, Vice Secretary of Correspondence of the National Executive Committee
of the PSP, and his staff in handling propaganda activities,
The Arrow Press., a Communist-operated printing establishment, was
located at Calle Luyano #13, Habana, Cuba, until early in November
1948 when it moved to Calla Mercaderes ##1622.,
Mitorial Paginas, book-distributing enterprise of the PSP formerly
located at the address previously occupied by the Arrow Press, Lyano #13,
iv now located at Calla Mercaderes #162? The PSP intellectual magazine?
Fundamentos. is published by Editorial Paginas, which is under the con-
urol of Carlos Rafael Rodriguez.
' Cdicionea Socialee publishing agency for educational activities of the
PaP and propaganda originating with the Corainform in Bucharest, Rumania,
is under the direction of Carlos Raftrel Rodriguez Materiel published
by this concern is distributed throughout Latin America,,
2., Following the closing of Editorial Pa inas on OOReilly Street in November 194P*,
a new bookshop known as Libreria Popular was opened at PSP hesdouarters,
Carlos Tercero #609, Habana, Cuba,
30 Pasiencier y Rua. Impresores, located at Acosta 3679 Habana., Cuba, prints a 25X1X6
great deal of Communist propaganda, The head of this establishment is Ramire
de le gua. The employees are Cuban Communists,,
