member of the Tudeh United Council E-:ecutive Board of the headquarter(,
of the Central United Council.
2, Informant believes that the co 1versaition concerned an &Lreement which
was signed some time ago between the Commercial Section of the Soviet
Embassy and the "Exploitation Commission" of the Tudeh Central United
Council. This agreement was desigr.ed to increase the income gained by
the Central United Council through commercial transactions, and to
secure a credit from the Soviet Go?rernment for the current expenses
of the Council.
