1. Communist victories in China have had considerable effect on the local
Chinese community. S!JE Sheki's in Chu Tung than is becoming
bolder than ever before. The secretary of this organization, Cabin Yoo
(YU Khe Pin) is using the large funds at his disposal to run the Yen Pin
Restaurant at Koningsplein Noord, which is to be turned into a Communist
meeting place. It will also serve as the secret meeting place of various
local cells and potential cells of the Communist Party, such as the Min
Sheng She*.
2. Because many organizations have failed to give aid to the local Chinese, they
are easily influenced by organizations such as the Min Chu Tung e'en.
