lv The PCI has succeeded in having thb Consul Carlo Calenda appointed to
the Italian Legation in Budapest. He is the son of the well-known
Communist agitator, Dr. Calenda, formor Chief of Cabinet at the Italian
Ministry of Transport
2 Carlo Calends was Second Vice-Consul at the Italian Consulate General
in Paris and in this capacity he maintained close collaboration between
the Italian and French Communist Parties.
