Alberto Cianca, President of the Politically Persecuted Anti-Fascist
Association. The Italian omen's Union, the Youth Front and the Youth
Alliance also adhere to the committee,
3o The Committee is under the jurisdiction of the central organization
which is located in Toulon, France.

on the Spanish political situation, especially with regard to American
aid to Span, and on the movement of merchant and military vessels in
Spanish ports,
