A letter from Mexico City, dated 25 January 1949 and addressed to Partido
Accion Revolucionaria (PAR) leader Alvaro } go Salguero in Guatemala, listed
source material on agrarian problems and is believed to indicate that the
PAR is considering sponsorship of an agrarian reform law in Guatemala, The
letter was written by Otto Raul Gonzales, who represented the Aliansa Democratica
de Is Juventud Guatea-ltec:a (AD,JO) at the Mexico City congress of the World
Federation of Democratic Youth-,in 1948, in addition to the publications,,
Gonzalez recommended that Salguoro consult the following institutions for
information on the agrarian problems
