A Cominform meeting is now being held in Prague. Belgium and France
are represented at the meeting by Edgar Lalmand, Secretary General
of the Belgian Communist Party, and Arthur Ramette, member of the
Political Bureau of the French Communist Party.
Comment. Rumors of an impending Cominform meeting have
EMIEr
been unusua ly numerous since January 1949 The first indication,

resolution against Tito was made.
