l. KKE has decided for reasons of better functioning,/security to make
changes and reforms in the Communist Organizations of Athens and Piraeus.
In accordance with this decision KC hereafter will be called the
"Central office of Party Organizations of Athena and Vicinity,,. The
following offices will, compose the Central Offices
a. Recruiting office, whose purpose will be to recruit Party membars.
b. Paralegal office, which will carry on present and future illegal
work, viz. of the Vigilantes and the Self-Defense of the Communist
Party.
regarding the purpose of the fight made by the Democratic Army.,
d. Women's Office, which will aid the Camouflaged Office. Its members
will carry on work in the trade unions.,
c. Camouflaged Office, which will carry on surveillance, collect in-
telligence, raise funds, carry out enlightenment, and spread info:emtion
2. AU the work of the Co ist Party In Athens and Piraeus hereafter will
be done by the above offices.
3. Each of the above offices shall be autonomous and. shall have its Central
Secretary and other secretaries in all the districts of the communist or,
ganizations of Athens-Piraeus. (A person who belongs to the paralegal
Office, for example, will not belong to any other office.)

except the Cell (Pyrina) of the Office to which he belongs.,
5. The Secretaries of each Office shall be accountable only to the "Responsi

6. The First Secretaries shall meet not later than the end of each month.. Then,
in conjunction with the whole work, they ehall give out, the new line which
must be folloraed by each Office,
