1. The revolutionary junta in Venezuela may be increased by two members. One of
the two members is reported to be Major Tomas Mendoza.
2. The second is as yet unidentified, but an untested source has stated that it
will be the present Governor of the Federal District, retired General Juan
de Dios Celia Parades. The present bead of the Junti., Carlos Delgado Chalbaud,
will be removed and sent to Paris as Venezuelan Ambassador.
3. Lt. Col. Casanova, cowandifCl officer at tta a aibo, has sent a demand to the
Junta that Delgado Chalbsurl retire and that the Junta be headed by someone
other than Marcos Peres Jimenez or Carl2sX1A6~a Paez.
4. Junior officers assigned to the Military School in Caracas have been dssscussing
the probability of changes in iraint. of top ranking m.tlitaxy personnel
