the Dominican Republic and Nicaragua, the principal feature of which was
a promise on the part of the Dominican Republic to help Nicaragua in the
event that Guatemala should attack Nicaragua or continue to support the
Caribbean Legion. This aid was to be in the form of arms, ships, and if
