Eaneraldo Blasi, a 3razilian Cacarn2nist, has been in frequent contact with
Waldnaar Rowel, aoting Polish Consul in Curitiba. He has helped Rowel to
organise Polish Red Cross activities in the St-.te of Parana. Blasi is a
Brasilien by birth, of Polish extraction, and is presently active in for4mardinp
the campaifn of the Polish Canaulato in Curitiba to develop 3rasilian friends.
He has proved to be especially neefbl in ocnttotinp railroad workers, since
he is employed in a managerial capacity by the Curitiba office of the railway.
