1. Nicaraguan revolutionaries marking time in Costa Rica have been unable to
obtain concrete support from Guatemala,. El Salvador, or Honduras because
of current internal problems but have been assured-that these three countries
will form an anti-Somoza bloc following the'assumption of the Honduran
presidency by Juan Galvez on 1 January 1949.
